Kitchen Knife - Dunbar Harbour - Orange

Our 18cm kitchen knives are made from forged stainless steel - which resists rust and offers a very sharp edge. The surface is left unpolished after heat treatment, which gives the blade a worn patina that will continue to age beautifully. 

We designed a chefs knife with an 18cm long blade, similar to a santoku style - which is a good all rounder in the kitchen used for chopping and cutting both meat and veg all day. They also look great displayed on the wall, and the perfect gift for that food lover. Although dishwasher safe we suggest you wash these by hand after every use.

The handles have a marbling effect unique to each knife moulded by us from recycled broken fish boxes collected directly through our Scottish Harbour collection programme.The boxes are used in the harbour by fishermen and if broken they are sent to landfill. 

The knives will arrive wrapped in tissue paper that shows where in Scotland the fish boxes were collected by us in a brown kraft box.
